How the work runs
Agile delivery
Scrum or Kanban, with Jira for planning and time tracking. Documentation lives in Confluence if you wish.
Reviewed code
Code lives in GitHub or GitLab. Every task gets its own feature branch and is merged into dev through a pull request, so team members review every change. Every commit is pushed right away, so you always see the latest code.
Transparent billing
Time is logged daily and billed by two-week or monthly milestones.

A project manager controls the process and deadlines.
QA and testing
On request: QA audit and assessment, QA staffing, managed testing, and testing of mobile and web apps.
